Zoya Kozlowskaya

ITALIANO. Zoya Kozlowskaya è nata a Dvorstovskoe, nella regione di Stavropol, nel 1947. Si è laureata nell’accademia d’arte di Krasnodar nel 1970, e subito dopo si è distinta per i suoi batik. Nel 1996 ha appreso l’arte della ceramica e, nel 1908, ha iniziato a cimentarsi con lo smalto d’arte. Nelle sue opere, ella combina gli elementi tradizionali delle culture slava, orientale e occidentale, basandosi sui simbolismi di colore e forma nel contesto del loro contenuto spirituale e informativo. È membro dell’Unione degli Artisti della Russia e della Federazione Internazionale degli Artisti UNESCO.

ENGLISH. Zoya Kozlowskaya was born in Dvorstovskoe, in the Stavropol region, in 1947. She graduated from Krasnodar Art College in 1970, and soon afterwards she made herself known for her batiks. In 1996 she learned a new technique, ceramics, and in 1998 she tries her hand at the enamel art. In her works she uses traditional elements of Slavic, Eastern and Western cultures based on the colour and
graphic symbols in the context of their spiritual and informational content. She is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia and of the International Federation of Artists of UNESCO.
